Edwin Jijon

Executive Chef

Currently living in Port Republic, Edwin has been with Bayside Bull since before he could enjoy a cold one. Working in restaurants throughout the Annapolis area, leading the Catering Division at Bayside Bull has been highly successful. Raising a family, Edwin’s working hard on the dad bod, renewing a Boston Whaler, and showing his young son the joy of Demo Day – and the reality of home improvements following Demo Day.

Jessica Simms

Catering Sales Manager

Jessica has been in the catering industry for over 20 years, beginning shortly after high school. Her work as a cake decorator in the early 2000’s expanded her creativity, enabling advancement to bakery manager, catering sales consultant, and staffing manager. Finally finding her home leading the Catering Division at Bayside Bull, the immense growth has been rewarding. Living in North Beach, family and friends serve as the cornerstone to her life.

Dalton Myers

Catering Chef

Living in Pasadena, Dalton joined Bayside Bull in
August 2021 to enhance the Catering Division. With 10+ years of restaurant experience, from bus boy to sous chef, Dalton brings a full encompassing level of service and attention to detail. Away from the commercial kitchen, he enjoys golf, concerts, exploring the local craft beer scene, or an easy day at home watching the O’s, Ravens, Bryson DeChambeau, or USA Curling.

Danielle Moran

Catering Sales

Residing in South County, Danielle raised two wonderful daughters while actively volunteering in the schools and community. The business relationships she developed through Southern High School’s PTA created a new opportunity for Danielle: servicing the locale with phenomenal catering from Bayside Bull. Spending time with her husband, kids, and dogs are all great, butmuch better when at the beach!

Mike Storm

Store Manager

Known to his coworkers simply as “Storm,” Mike lives on a small hobby farm in Harwood with his wife, dogs, pigs, chickens, and more! He joined Bayside in August of 2015 after retiring from Shoreline Seafood in Crofton as General Man- ager of 35 years. Although passionate about the food and service here at Bayside, it’s tending to his garden, fishing, crabbing, or spending time with his 6 kids and plentiful grandchildren that mean the most!

Joe Gary

Pitmaster

Pitmaster Joe lives in the Greater Annapolis area. His ability on a meat slicer is rivaled only by Cosmo Kramer. If not for paying the mortgage, Joe would likely be slaying rockfish at Thomas Point, perusing Gillette Field on a Sunday, or long tossing tennis balls with his faithful pup. Big Dodge Ram guy.
