The atmosphere is what you would expect from a open pit restaurant. But most people buy the food for takeout and you can call ahead for that but, they are so quick here you really don't need to do that they also do catering.

Haven't been in for 10 years, moved to eastern shore. My wife and I stopped in an it was one of the best sandwiches we've had in years, honestly probably since the last time we were there. Keep it up

Might be my new favorite spot for pit beef. The perfect amount of smoke with char'd bits cooked to temp. Protein stacked high, would be a "large" at any other spot but this is their usual. Great kaiser roll, didn't fall apart. Small menu, fast moving. Onions sliced on a deli slicer for the perfect bite. Awesome selection of sauces to choose from. The only downside is I'm over an hour away.

I used them to cater my son's graduation party, and they were excellent. The food was eaten almost down to the last pound and everyone raved about it. I'll definitely use them for future gatherings. (We ordered Pit Beef, Pit Turkey, Sausage and Peppers, Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans, and Potato Salad.)

Sweet bbq shredded pork is literally to die for solo or on a sandwich, best BBQ in the area by far!

We recently used Bayside for our staff summer dinner. It was phenomenal. Super fast responses as we planned. Incredibly helpful staff the day of. They made everything happen that we were looking for! The food was incredible. Super fresh, hot and lots of it. Our staff had a fantastic time and we are so grateful to Bayside for helping that happen!

Bayside Bull offers delicious sandwich selections with the meat piled so high you can barely get a bite. All the meats are fresh and wonderfully flavored. Fries are double fried and mega crispy. Fresh salads are great and their sauce bar is full of selections. Great job Bayside Bull! We will be back.

My partner and I held a large family reunion at the annapolis maritime museum (AMM) recently and went with Bayside Bulls. They were the absolute best pick we could have imagined. The food was amazing (crab cakes and beef entree and chicken satay as the app). Upfront pricing info was super appreciated, the day-of coordinators and staff made the event run smoothly, and setup/teardown was made super easy. Thanks for everything! We would recommend you to anyone wanting to use the AMM venue and generally anyone who wants to host a nice get together with friends and family.

Picked up some catered food for a friendly gathering for the forth of July. The people who work there are excellent. They were so friendly and helpful. From the cooks and the food preparation folks the the incredibly nice gentleman who helped load my car. Very professional. The food was excellent. I liked everything about my visit and the food quality and variety.

Triple decker, favorite sandwich in earth. With cheese, onions, mustard and hot sauce. Pit ham, turkey and beef. Since I was like 6 years old. I'm 43. Love bayside bull for life. Can't pass it without stopping. Cheers!

Bayside Catering catered my Annapolis wedding May of 2026 and were undoubtedly the easiest decision that I made during my planning process. Jessica the catering manager is quick to respond, patient with endless questions and helpful in ways I didn’t know possible (she helped with the floor plan). The food was incredible. The guests enjoyed it so much there were no leftovers. Bayside performed full services including bartending, tending to the buffet, set up and breakdown. They even had a catering manager onsite Ben to ensure that everything went smoothly. Spoiler alert- it did! They are affordable when compared to other wedding caterers and straightforward with pricing. All of my vendors who found out I was working with Bayside were thrilled and said I had absolutely chosen the best catering option for food and service. I could not be more grateful to them for the wonderful experience I had on my wedding day.

Best pit beef in Maryland

I have passed by this place probably 1,000 times (lol)and wondered how good their food might be....my son finally convinced me to try it...I got the roast beef sandwich, cole slaw and potato salad....the roast beef was THE BOMB...soo tender, seasoned so well and plenty of meat with very thin sliced onions..my son gets the turkey sandwich and it looks soooo good too amd he loves it...I totally recommend Bayside Bull..you won't be disappointed.

Some of the best barbecue I've ever eaten. We got the pulled pork, potato salad, coleslaw, and beans for Catering pick up. Everything was extremely hot and fresh when we arrived and it was loaded into our car for us. Everyone had positive comments about it. I will be back for sure.

Our absolute GO TO. Samiches went direct to boat! There is no atmosphere in this place lol! This is grab as you go best open put cooking deliciousness. Pit beef with onions and cheese 🧀 thats how im going. 😋 my hottie wife originally from WV now is all about ♡♡♡ Bayside bull. We mostly go to the Lothian location as we live in dunkirk but today we had to pick up batteries for the boat at west marine in Edgewater so we get to visit the O.G. TODAY!

This has been a staple to the community for decades. I was born in 82 and for the most part remember stopping on weekends at an extremely young age when visiting my great grandmother in Mayo.

We have used Bayside Bull for lunchtime catering services for our annual conference, with over 100 attendees, for over 10 years. Always deliver and set up according to plan. Friendly, attentive service. They are the best!

I enjoyed my Pit Beef Sandwich and it was high quality. It It needed some more seasoning or Au Jus for my taste. Very filling and ample portion. No dining room.

Great sandwiches

Went there for the first time tonight after a client spoke so highly of the Reuben. All the guys working were the nicest ‼️‼️ That Ruben was the best I've ever had in my life. The corned beef was so lean and so tender. Bread grilled but not greasy. PERFECTION. Not only that, it will be two meals. Also....their fries were also absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back. It was very well worth a drive out of my way to go there. THANKS BSB‼️‼️‼️

Great little road side pit beef spot. Love the Pit beef, Pit Turkey and BBQ pork sandwiches here!! They also have Great BBQ beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and Mac salad!!

Went in on a whim and came out with delicious roast beef sandwich and pulled pork sandwich for another person. Also got the coleslaw which was excellent. Not too mayonaisey. I got some cheese noodles that were pretty good-not great but the sandwiches were the best I have had in a very long time!
