Jim Cefaratti


Jim currently resides in Dunkirk, MD and has been with Bayside Bull since February 1, 2017. His start in food and beverage came at age 15, washing dishes at Old South Country Club. Working in many capacities, line cook, chef, restaurant server, and bartender, he maintains a wide array of experiences to pull from. Since graduating from Auburn University in 2011 with a Bachelors in Accounting and Small Business Management, Jim has worked in Hospitality and Foodservice, finally landing as a co-owner of Bayside Bull. When not at work, Jim enjoys golf, fishing, or a relaxing weekend watching sports.

Jessica King

Catering Sales Manager

Currently living in southern Anne Arundel County, Jessica King has been in the catering industry for 17 years. Out of high school, she started work as a cake decorator and over the years has expanded her career to bakery manager, bakery and catering sales consultant, and catering staff manager before finding her home as Catering Sales Manager at Bayside Bull. When not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and four children or decorating cakes for family functions.

Jessica takes her sandwich: Medium rare beef with a little bit of onion, mayonnaise, horseradish and Texas mild bbq sauce.

Sydney Granados

Staffing Coordinator

Residing in Calvert County, Sydney has been with Bayside Bull for almost one year. After graduating from Huntingtown High School, she found her place with Bayside. When not at work Sydney enjoys travelling and going for hikes.

Edwin Jijon

Catering Chef

Currently living in the Greater Annapolis Area, Edwin has been with Bayside Bull for 4 years. He has worked all aspects of a kitchen throughout restaurants in the Annapolis area, from prep cook to line cook to becoming the Catering Chef at Bayside Bull. When Edwin isn’t in the kitchen, which isn’t often, he enjoys hitting the gym, kayaking with daughter, and exploring local food and craft beer festivals.

Mike Storm

Pit Master

Known to his coworkers simply as “Storm,” Mike lives on a small hobby farm in Harwood with his wife, dogs, pigs, chickens, and more! He joined Bayside in August of 2015 after retiring from Shoreline Seafood in Crofton as General Manager of 35 years. Although passionate about the food and service here at Bayside, it’s tending to his garden, fishing, crabbing, or spending time with his 6 kids and 5 grandchildren that mean the most!
